("CASHSHIP"), is a legal entity organized in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama and is registered in the Public Registry, since October 27, 2020, to Electronic Folio number 155698385, of the Section of Persons of Microfilms (Mercantile) of the Public Registry, and has its legal address in Avenida Balboa, Office 506, fifth floor, Balboa Plaza building, Bella Vista corregimiento, Panama City, which is in the process of applying for a license and authorization before the General Directorate of Financial Companies of the Ministry of Commerce and Industries of Panama, in order to operate as a remittance operator in the Republic of Panama.
